In accordance with the EFC Articles of Association (here), nominations were sought for the following roles.
- President-Elect
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
Eligibility and requirements
As outlined in the Articles of Association:
- Candidates must be members of, and nominated by, a Full Member Society of the EFC.
- The roles of President-Elect, Secretary General, and Treasurer must be held by different individuals.
- All positions are non-remunerated and are elected by the General Assembly.
Term of office
- President-Elect: one non-renewable term of four (4) years, followed by progression to President and Past-President roles.
- Secretary General and Treasurer: four (4) year terms, renewable in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Nominations:
EFC received the nominations, and an advance online voting portal is set up to collect the votes of members. It is important that we comply to the required number of votes by the Articles of Association to effectively elect officers for the Federation. This is also true in cases wherein there is only 1 candidate for a certain position.
Therefore, each voting representative of members are requested to cast their votes for the candidates below:
